今朝は１０名で活動しました。九州のSさんが久し振りに参加され、楽しいお話が聞けました。
交差点がきれいに塗りかえられ、スクランブル交差点に変わっています。町周辺の街路にゴミが少なくなり、きれいになりましたが、道路施設が新しくなると街がさらに美しく見えます。
コンビニ近くの歩道にカップ麺が残されています。うれしくて思わずシャッターを押しました。街にゴミが少なくなり、最近はこういう幸運はそんなにありません。いやあ嬉しかったです。

モーニングにKさんが来て下さいました。いろいろな話題で盛り上がります。その中でコロナウイルスの話題が印象に残りました。名古屋ウィメンズマラソンが、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を受けて、一般の部が中止になりました。みなさんのお仕事でも、会議やお酒の席などいろいろな行事が自粛されているようです。その中でどうしても必要な行事もあり、担当の方はご苦労されているようです。また学校は生徒が集まります。生徒さんの手洗いや消毒液の使用など感染防止の徹底を言うのは簡単ですが、現実にはいろいろな場面があります。どのお仕事も具体的な対応は難しい中で、最善と思われる方法の実行に努力されています。みなさんのお話を聞いて、日本の良さはこうした課題に取り組む、ひとり一人の実行の中にあると感じました。やがては収束に向かいます。その日が1日も早く来ることを祈っています。
４月に新洗組６周年記念のランチ会を予定しています。活動が７年目に向けて力強くスタートする機会になることでしょう。

At the morning service, K-san joined us. We talked a lot about various
kinds of topics. Among them, new corona virus (COVID-19)
was the most impressive topic.
Nagoya women's marathon for general applicants was cancelled
because of anticipated expansion of new virus.
It was the same way for member's work to suspend meetings,
drinking party etc. The person in charge got a hard time to
conduct unavoidable event. It's easy to say to let students wash hands
and use sterilizations, however, there are many difficult to do actually.
They try to do their best even though it's in a hard situation.
I feel the good points of Japan are Japanese having individual responsibility to
tackle such a subject by their own way.
It would move to end soon, but I pray for its end as soon as possible.

本日は6名での活動でした。
始めから終わりまでずっと雨降りだったのは久しぶりで地面に張り付いた
紙のゴミを拾うとハラハラと溶けてしまい、かき集めるのに一苦労でした。
また水を吸ったゴミは重くなり、ウェイトトレーニングさながらです。
暖かくなってきたせいかバスを待つ場所ではアルコールの空缶や空き瓶がたくさんありました。
噴水を見ながらの宴会も楽しかったことでしょう。
他に目立ったごみというと持ち帰りのコーヒーの容器が目立つような気がします。
季節はどんどん変わっていきますね。

今日は気温も低く指先も冷たい中
での掃除でした。新しい参加者の方
も含め8名で活動できました。
この時期の街頭清掃は一年の中で一番
寒く、暗くて辛い時期ですが、こうして
参加してくださる方が多くおられること
は本当に有難いです。
モーニングは新しい喫茶店でみなさんと
先週のお茶会のお話等が出来ました。
モーニングの途中で参加してくださった
メンバーの方もおられ、１０：００頃まで
楽しいお話が出来ました。
今日も充実した活動が出来、大変良かった

JR名古屋駅新幹線口の周辺の様子も毎週来るたびに歩道が整備されたりと
少しずつ変化していて、ごみも減ってきているように思います。
ただ、相変わらずたばこの吸い殻、ガム、紙屑は散見され
特にたばこの吸い殻はサイズが細くなったものが多く、排水溝の溝にぴったりはまり
取りづらかったです。次回は竹串持参で行こうと思います。
そして今日は例会後、E-さんのお宅にお邪魔し、お茶会とモーニングを
12名で楽しみました。
E-さん、参加されたみなさま、ありがとうございます！
お掃除後のオフ会も幅広くつながれてこれもまた有難いご縁です♪
