今朝は１２人で夢拾いできました。
ビニール傘は安くて便利ですが、風には弱くて、耐久性がないですね。
私たちのテーブルの話題は Sさん親子の今後の夢や進路について。
ながめ隊長が、豊富な知識を活かし、的確なアドバイスをされることに驚きます。
建築関係をめざす二男Sくん１６歳？はどのような大学に進み、
どんな学生生活を送ったらよいか？
ながめさんによれば、就職の状況を見てみると、どんな大学、どの学部は
あまり関係はないようです。
企業の採用者が見るのは「その人の生き方」。
ボランティア活動をやってきたとか、スポーツ、テーマを決めて研究を積むとなど、
その人の向上心、実行力、忍耐力、継続力などが見られるようです。
さらに ながめさんが言われます。
いまある仕事の多くが１０年、１５年後には無くなるであろうと。
コンピュータで出来る仕事やロボットに任せられる仕事はなくなるであろうし、
小さな会社がどんどん起業するでしょう。大きな会社は組織を維持することがリスクになると。
学歴や学校も不要、中学程度の知識は必要かもしれないが、それ以上は自分で身につけていく。
なるほど、ネットの世界では、収入になる仕事がどんどん生まれ、年齢は関係ない。
ながめさんが言われること、よく分かります。
別の話題では オランダのEさんが来日された頃のこと。
日本に来て、最初に住んだのが和歌山。その時の友人と先週、大阪で会ったそうです。
その頃、茶道・華道を学び始めたけれど、深い体験だったと。
日本では電話で「もしもし」と言います。英語では「ハロー」です。
だから、Eさんは人に会うたびに「もしもし」と言った。
コンビニに入って「もしもし」と言ったよと。
ながめさんが、それは電話が導入された当時「申す、申す」と言って会話を始めたことからと。
「もしもし」の起源、私も知らなかったなあ。
西洋から日本に住んで、困るのは日本語でしょう。
宇宙人のようにテレパシーで会話している？ これは悪魔のコトバ？
だって、日本の人は 主語無しで話す。 誰のこと言っているのか なぜ解る？
しかも 結論は最後にならないと・・・
日本は武士道の国です。責任を回避するような 主語のない話し方は卑怯？
どうどうと、結論を最初に述べるべき？
私たちの会話は 話の前後から 誰のこと話しているか解ります。
当たり前のようで、これは「当たり前」ではないようです。
日本って 面白い国かも。

12 members enjoyed picking up "dreams", garbage on the road this morning.
Typhoon No.16 brought a lot of broken umbrellas.
The vynil umbrella is cheap and convinient, but it is not good at strong wind
and not durable.
We talked about S-san family's future dream and way to go at our table.
N-leader provided very precise advice to them with full of his knowledge.
S-kun, the second son of S-family, is 16 years old now and which university
is recommendable for him to go and how he should spend student life?
The recruiting personnel took care for "how he or she is spending their life."
Doing volunteer activity or concentrating on particualr study or sports etc. mainly
to look for one's ambitious, practice, patience and continuation.
Most of all the things get done by robots. Small business will start at everywhere.
Big company will have hard time to maintain its big organization.
No need educational background, schools. The knowlege as secondary level is
required at least, but other knowledge can be learned by themselves.
It is true that there are many jobs you can earn money on the internet.
No connection to age. I understand what Nagame-san wants to say.
Another subject: when E-san came to Japan from Holland at first, he lived
in Wakayama.
He met his old Wakayama friends in Osaka last week. He recalled the memories
to start to learn Tea ceremoney and Flower arrangement for the first time.
Those experiences must be very profound for him.
So, everytime E-san met with his friend, he said "Moshimoshi" instead of "Hello."
At convinience stores, he said so, too.
Nagame explained to us ""Moshimoshi" means "I will talk from now"
at the first introduction in Japan. I did not know the origin of "Moshimoshi."
Japanese.
It is just like an telepathy or words of evil? Japanese talks without subject.
How Japanese understand who is talking?
The conclusion comes in the end. Japan takes the first priority, BUSHIDO.
Talking without subject is coward just like avoiding responsibility?
We must say conclusion with dignity at first?
It seems "unusual" that we feel it is usual.
Japan may be very unique country.

小雨降る中、10名の参加です。
今日はいつもの宴会場に真っ先に行ったのですが、すでに大物はまとめられていたあとで
ちょっとうれしい？肩透かし、、、
小雨の時は雨合羽が役立ちます。
「ひとつ拾えばひとつだけきれいになる」
そのとおりだなぁ、と思いながら、ひとつずつ拾います。
旅行帰りのお土産をたくさんいただきながら、ほっこり優しいひと時を過ごせました。

10 people gathered in light rain.
O went to the "party place" at first, but most of all the garbages were packed in the plastic bags.
It is an unexpected pleasure, though.
In light rain, wearing rain coat is very useful.
"Pick up one road trash, you can make at least one road cleaner."
I pick up it one by one while thinking "this is true."
At the breakfast, E-san shapened up with well trimmed mustache and told us the secrect of success for losing weight "5kg in a month." (Only taking water or tea in the morning or miso-soup for lunch. Eat only at night.) M-san told us cleaning with bear hands for toilet and invited us to go next general meeting from Nagoya Shinsengumi.
I had a very comfortable time with them having souveniors cookies from members.

いつも参加してくださるみなさん。
ブログを読んでくださるみなさん。
なんやかんや、われわれの活動を気にしてくれるみなさん。
ありがとうございます。永目です。
今回は節目の130回目の活動日でした！
8人で活動しました！
今日は、とにかくゴミが多くて多くてなかなか前に進めませんでした。
永目も曲がり角をひとつ曲がっただけで終了。
でもいつもと同じくらいとれてる…
謎…
ごみの量、種類、ごみの出る場所と日付のをデータ化して経年比較できるようにしたらおもしろいことがわかるだろうなーと思いました。（かなり高度な技術ですが笑）
Sさん親子は大阪に行かれるということで、活動後すぐ新幹線へ。そんなお忙しいときに参加ありがとうございますm(_ _)m
お母さまはボランティア活動高校生の息子さんは大阪をぶらりひとり旅&吉本新喜劇を見に行くそうですー。いいなぁー(^^)
モーニングでは、Tさんの娘さんの第一志望校合格にみんなで喜んだり
Sさんの親戚の藤井聡太くんの話をもとにプロ将棋界のきびしさを学んだり
タンポポの川村さん？という芸人の方がカフェにいらっしゃったり
なんとも濃い内容のお話ができました。
また来週も楽しみです！！

Today is a turning point of the 130th anniversary.
We had 8 members!
Too many trush did not work going forward well.
I took one corner, and time was up.
But I got the same volume as usual....
Why?,,,,
If I took data of trush volume, kinds, place to pick up etc. to compare with the other year,
I think we could get more interesting things . (It must be required high technology,
though. LOL)
S-san and her son were going to Osaka, right after the activity they took Shinkansen.
Thank you very much for the attendance even in a busy time.
In Osaka, S-mother would do volunteer activity and her son of a high school student would
go around Osaka by himself and
would go to the theater to see a comedy. I’m so jealous!
At the breakfast, we celebrated T san's daughter's acceptance of the university of her
preference. We leraned the rigors of the Shogi world through the story about Mr. Sota Fujii who
is a relative for S-san.
We saw a TV talent in the cafe.
Enjoyed talk a lot.
Well, looking forward to seeing you next weekend!

2016.9.4 第129回
まだまだ暑いです。 背中に汗をかきながら １１人で夢拾いができました。
ビックリです。感動です。
初参加のTさんは、市外日進市から２時間かけて、自転車で参加です。
朝４時は暗いです。アップダウンの道路越えて名古屋駅まで！
ながめ隊長のお友達は、ものすごいです。
もう一つのビッグニュース。
毎回参加のSさんの親族、藤井聡太さんが史上最年少でプロ棋士になられました。
羽生名人、谷川名人より若い１４歳２ヶ月、中学２年生です。将来が楽しみ。
モーニングでSさんがスポーツ新聞を見せて下さり盛り上がりました。
帰宅して中日新聞を見たら１面トップ記事です。まあビックリ。
そんなグッドニュースの中、Yさん・Mさんの２人は次の掃除の会参加のため出発されます。
先週に続いて２週連続のダブル掃除です。頭が下がります。
モーニングで英語の勉強法の話題が出ました。
このブログを毎回英訳して下さるOさんは、高校生の時からNHKのラジオ英語で学んだと。
カセットテープに録音して繰り返し聞き、テキストの英語を日本語に、日本語を英語に。
そしてノートに書く。
テープがすり切れるほど聞き、ボールペンの芯がたまるほど書いたそうです。
四日市のYさんは大学でカントリーミュージックのバンド活動されてました。
ステージで歌うために英語の歌詞を必死で覚える。これもいい勉強方法ですよね。
ながめさんは、カタカナ英語のジャンルがあるよと。
英語発音をカタナカで書いて、強い発音は大きな文字、弱い発音は小さな文字で書く。
コレを音読すれば、ネイティブの発音ができるそうです。 なるほど、なるほど！
そのほか いろいろな話題がでましたが これくらいで。

T-san, joined for the first time, took 2 hours to come to the Nagoya Shinsengumi by bike from Nisshin-city, the outskirts of Nagoya-city. It is very dark at 4 o'clock in the morning. To go to Nagoya St. he had to ride so many ups and downs by bike.
Nagame-san's friend is great!
Another big news!
Sota Fujii became the youngest professional shogi player (Japanese chess) in Japan. He is a nephew of S-san who is a regular member of Shinsengumi.
Fujii is a second-year middle school student and a 14-year-and-two-month-old boy younger than the super shogi master Habu and Tanigawa who went pro. Looking forward his future.
S-san brought the paper to show us and we got all excited.
When I returned home and found the Chunichi, it led with that story. What an amazing!
While in the good news, Y-san and M-san went for the next clean-up activity. They continued clean-up hopping from the last week. I take off my hat to them.
At the breakfast, we had a talk about studying English.
O, who is translating this blog into English, learned English through NHK Radio English Conversation program since her high school days. She listened and listened the dialogue which was recorded on the cassette tape, and wrote and wrote from English to Japanese and Japanese to English. While listening to it, the tape was went off and used ball-point pens were accumulated.
(So fun.)
Y-san from Yokkaichi-city was used to play country music when he was a college student.
Memorizing English songs to sing on the stage is a good way to learn English.
Nagame-san taught us there is a "Katakana" English.
Strong pronunciation in big letters, weak in small letters.
When you read out loud, you can pronunciate just like a native speaker.
